A welcome cocktail that is a timeless French 75. A bright citrus and botanical base topped with sparkling bubbles. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.
This plated and served meal will begin with a serving of mixed greens salad with crisp apples and toasted walnuts, lightly dressed to keep things fresh and bright.
The main course will be a chicken cordon bleu completely prepared from scratch (carefully breaded chicken layered with ham and cheese, then baked until golden). It will be served alongside roasted potatoes and green beans amandine, finished with butter and toasted almonds.
To end the evening on a sweet note there will be a strawberry champagne cheesecake.
