Step out of the office and into fresh air with our Chamber Walk, Run & Connect series!

Meet us every Thursday this summer for a casual 3km walk or 5km run, starting from Capstone (Canada 150 Square) at 12:10pm.

This is your chance to recharge, explore Red Deer’s beautiful trails, and connect with fellow Chamber members in a relaxed setting. Whether you’re walking, running, or somewhere in between, everyone is welcome.
 
No registration, no pressure—just show up, move your body, and make some great connections.
