Event Rental Associate

The Company
Copper Cloud Events is a small, but rapidly growing event rental company, focused on unique products, superior client experience and a fulfilling workplace for all. Joy Pop! is an extension of Copper Cloud, focusing on import and unique candy, as well as ballooons, an excellent addition to our already thriving rental company. 

The Role

You’ll handle admin work, client communication, and support various tasks at Copper Cloud Events. You’ll also help with our Joy Pop! side of the business while it grows. What You’ll Do

• Email and call clients, build quotes, and ensure excellent customer experience

• Use judgment to provide a great experience while following company guidelines

• Work efficiently on a computer: keyboard shortcuts, fast typing, and workflow improvements are requirements

• Use AI tools to enhance productivity without relying on them entirely

• Take initiative and find ways to contribute to the team’s success

• Assist with on-site tasks when needed, including event set-ups and client support

• At Joy Pop!: check customers out and build balloon arrangements until the role grows full-time
