I am a Professional Certified Coach, Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator and speaker, who moves leaders into greater levels of effectiveness, decision-making and new ways of being. 

I specialize in leadership development, striving to foster a safe learning environment for my clients but also pushing them out of their comfort zone so that they can realize their full potential. 

My effectiveness as a coach and facilitator has come from my ability to build trust and connect with my clients. Prior to my current role, I spent over twenty-five years teaching and providing support as a community leader. Through this experience, I have been drawn to leaders particularly in helping professions. 

I have lived in Red Deer, Alberta for the past ten years and work with clients across North America. Outside of work, I am a mom of two and enjoy biking, swimming and exploring the outdoors.
